Srijit Menon joins Movate as new EVP, CRO for digital services

Bangalore, India – MMovate, a digital technology and customer experience services firm, has recently appointed Srijit Menon as the company’s new executive vice president and chief revenue officer for digital services. 

In this position, Srijit will spearhead the global sales and account management for Movate’s core service areas, such as digital infrastructure, digital engineering, and enterprise products, as well as its content and data services. 

Said role further enables him to drive transformative growth by leveraging a consultative, results-oriented strategy, strengthening the company’s position as a leader in the dynamic digital services landscape through strategic alliances with global clients.

Building on his extensive portfolio, Srijit boasts more than 25 years of global leadership experience in cloud and digital services for this role. In fact, he has held several senior positions at renowned organisations, including HCL Tech, Wipro, IBM, PwC, and Siemens.

Moreover, his proven ability to secure marquee clients and close multimillion-dollar deals has resulted in outsourcing engagements worth more than $2b for over 50 global customers.

Srijit’s work spans diverse industries such as manufacturing, hi-tech, BFSI, telecom, retail, and life sciences, where he has consistently delivered measurable business outcomes through digital transformation initiatives.

Additionally, Srijit served as HCL Tech’s senior vice president and head of manufacturing industries before joining Movate. In this previous role, he was able to manage a portfolio of several hundred million dollars for Global 2000 clients. 

His career journey further includes cultivating high-impact customer relationships, leading strategic client engagements, and mentoring future-ready leadership. Said achievements emphasise his deep understanding of the market dynamics required to drive scalable and sustainable business growth.
