New Delhi, India – Tech Mahindra, an IT services and consulting firm, has recently announced that it has collaborated with Microsoft to modernise workplace experiences through Copilot for Microsoft 365.
In this partnership, the company targets to benefit more than 1,200 customers and an initial workforce of over 10, 000 employees across 15 locations. This effort is expected to enhance workforce efficiency and streamline processes, introducing advanced workplace interactions using Microsoft’s cloud platform and GenAI capabilities.
Tech Mahindra will also implement its latest GitHub Copilot for 5,000 developers, aiming to democratise access to AI capabilities and increase developer productivity by 35% to 40% within the organisation.
Furthermore, the company has established a dedicated Copulot practice designed to help customers harness the potential of artificial intelligence tools.
This move encompasses workforce training to assist customers with assessment and preparation, essential for seamlessly integrating AI throughout every facet and department of an organisation.
