Pune, India – Tech Mahindra is expanding its agentic artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities through a partnership with Google Cloud, with more than 12,500 associates set to receive hands-on training in Gemini Enterprise.
The initiative is intended to strengthen the company’s workforce capabilities as enterprises move from AI experimentation towards production deployments.
Tech Mahindra said the expanded readiness programme combines trained and certified employees with reusable industry solutions, production deployment experience and a growing portfolio of agentic AI solutions.
The company also has industry-specific solutions available through Google Cloud Marketplace, covering sectors including telecommunications, financial services, manufacturing and retail.
As part of the initiative, more than 12,500 Tech Mahindra associates worldwide will take part in Google Cloud’s ‘Build with Gemini’ workshop. The programme focuses on developing practical skills to create, secure and govern AI agents using Gemini Enterprise tools, including Agent Runtime, Agent Gateway and Model Armour.
Associates who complete the workshop will receive a Google Cloud Skill Badge. Tech Mahindra said the training will complement its existing experience deploying Gemini Enterprise in enterprise environments and developing industry-specific agentic AI solutions.
“Enterprise AI will scale only when organisations can combine technology innovation with the talent and delivery capability required to put it into production,” said Pramod Panda, Chief Learning Officer at Tech Mahindra.
“Together with Google Cloud, we are building that capability by combining hands-on Gemini Enterprise expertise with industry solutions, agents, and real-world deployment experience. This strengthens our ability to help clients move faster from AI ambition to measurable outcomes, consistent with our AI Delivered Right approach,” Panda continued.
“Enterprises are shifting rapidly from AI experimentation to deployment, where domain expertise and robust engineering matter most,” said Kelly Rogan, Vice President, Global System Integrators Partnerships at Google Cloud.
“By scaling Gemini Enterprise, Tech Mahindra equips its global teams to build, deploy, and govern agentic AI solutions. Together, we are helping joint customers accelerate innovation and drive business value with Google Cloud,” Rogan continued.
The companies said the expanded collaboration is aimed at helping enterprises develop the skills, solutions and delivery capabilities needed to deploy agentic AI at scale.
