New Delhi, India – Newgen Software Technologies has announced a series of leadership appointments aimed at supporting its next phase of global expansion and advancing its strategy of helping enterprises adopt AI-powered operations.
Effective August 1, 2026, the company’s Board of Directors has appointed Tarun Nandwani as Chief Executive Officer. In his new role, Nandwani will oversee Newgen’s strategy, innovation, operations, and global execution.
The company has also established a new executive position of Chief Growth Officer, appointing Pramod Kumar to lead its global growth strategy. Kumar will be responsible for market expansion, strategic partnerships, ecosystem development, go-to-market initiatives, customer acquisition, and long-term revenue growth across international markets.
The appointments follow the previously announced resignation of Virender Jeet and are intended to ensure leadership continuity while supporting Newgen’s expansion into new markets, strengthening customer engagement, and building strategic partnerships.
According to the company, the enhanced leadership structure aligns with its vision of enabling organisations to move beyond isolated AI deployments by integrating processes, content, communications, data, and artificial intelligence through a unified platform. Newgen said this approach is designed to help enterprises improve agility, resilience, productivity, and business outcomes while maintaining governance and operational control.
The Board of Directors said the appointments reflect the company’s confidence in opportunities arising from the convergence of AI, automation, and enterprise transformation.
