Singapore – DXC Technology has announced a multi-year global partnership with Anthropic aimed at deploying artificial intelligence capabilities into mission-critical enterprise systems across industries including banking, insurance, manufacturing, aviation and government.
Under the agreement, DXC will become one of a limited number of Global Premier partners in Anthropic’s Claude Partner Network. The companies said they will jointly train a workforce of tens of thousands of Claude-certified engineers and builders to support the deployment of Anthropic’s Claude AI models within technology environments managed by DXC.
The partnership builds on DXC’s existing use of Claude in its own operations, particularly through DXC OASIS, the company’s AI-native orchestration platform for managed services. According to DXC, the use of Claude models accelerated software delivery for DXC OASIS by an estimated tenfold, with more than 95% of code generated by Claude before human review. Claude also serves as the foundation model for the platform’s agentic workflows.
Launched in April 2026, DXC OASIS has been deployed across more than 50 customers and is expected to be expanded to DXC’s broader global customer base.
The alliance is part of DXC’s broader AI strategy, known as DXC Xponential, which aims to integrate technology, people and processes. The company said the partnership with Anthropic will provide access to Claude expertise and Anthropic resources to support enterprise AI adoption.
“DXC helps the world’s largest banks, airlines, insurers, and government agencies put new technology to work. They proved Claude inside their own operations first, under the same security and compliance requirements their customers face. Now we’re bringing Claude inside those environments together, industry by industry, with engineers who have already done it themselves,” said Paul Smith, Chief Commercial Officer, Anthropic.
“For more than fifty years, DXC and the companies it was built from run the systems that run the world. We know what it takes to deliver in these environments. This alliance with Anthropic combines trust and experience with the most advanced AI technology available and gives our customers something they cannot get anywhere else. We are already using Claude across our own operations and our new DXC OASIS platform. Now we are scaling that capability directly into the mission-critical technology systems we run for our customers. This is a defining moment for DXC and for the industry,” said Raul Fernandez, President & CEO, DXC Technology.
As part of the collaboration, DXC will establish a dedicated team of forward-deployed engineers who will work directly within customer environments. The engineers will be recruited from DXC’s existing workforce and will undergo a 90-day training and certification programme through Anthropic’s Partner Academy. DXC said it has also developed additional certification requirements focused on operating within mission-critical environments.
The company said the initiative follows its “Customer Zero” approach, under which new technologies are first tested and validated internally before being introduced to customers.
The initial phase of the partnership will focus on insurance, cybersecurity and application services.
In insurance, DXC plans to use Claude-powered agentic solutions to help organisations transform core systems based on their operational and business requirements.
For its Modernisation as a Service offering, DXC said it is using Claude to accelerate large-scale code modernisation projects by analysing, refactoring and transforming legacy applications.
In cybersecurity, the company is developing a DXC OASIS security engineer sub-agent built on Claude Security, which it said will support security operations centres through AI-driven monitoring and resilience capabilities.
DXC also plans to develop Anthropic-certified DXC OASIS agents designed to integrate Claude into enterprise application maintenance and management environments operated on behalf of customers.
