Adobe names Ben Goodman to lead APAC operations

Singapore — Adobe has appointed Ben Goodman as president of Asia Pacific (APAC) and digital experience (DX) Japan. In this role, he will oversee Adobe’s operations across the region and manage the company’s digital experience business in Japan.

Ben brings over two decades of leadership experience in APAC and Japan, having managed regional teams and driven business transformation at multinational and regional organisations.

He previously served as senior vice president and general manager for the APJ region at Okta, where he was responsible for operations and growth strategy. Ben also held the role of managing director of digital experience sales for Adobe in APAC in 2019 and 2020.

Ben explained that the APJ region are emerging leaders in adopting and scaling innovations like AI, and businesses are always searching for opportunities to deliver highly relevant and engaging customer experiences.

“I am energised at the opportunity to foster Adobe’s collaboration with our customers and partners to drive experience-centric growth,” Ben added.

Stephen Frieder, chief revenue officer at Adobe Enterprise, commented that Ben’s leadership expertise perfectly aligns with Adobe’s ambitions in the APJ region.

“He brings a strong vision for growth, a strong record of delivering customer value and a proven history of building successful teams across this diverse region,” Stephen said.

His return to Adobe underscores the company’s focus on strengthening its leadership team in a region recognised for accelerating innovation and digital adoption.
