Singapore – StarHub, a telecommunications firm, has announced that it has recently established a partnership with digital workflow company ServiceNow to set a new benchmark for enterprise service management.

In this collaborative endeavour, both entities will utilise their platforms, incorporating StarHub’s enterprise solutions with ServiceNow’s Now platform, which encompasses service bridge and AI Ops on cloud infinity.

This integration of telecommunications service management capabilities will allow them to surpass traditional siloed solutions, as well as enable enterprise and government customers to automate routine tasks on StarHub’s multi-cloud architecture, the cloud infinity.

The said approach streamlines operations and ensures compliance, improving overall efficiency and service delivery for customers using the cloud infinity platform.

Moreover, the said collaboration enables StarHub to deliver comprehensive service management capabilities using the TSM platform. This solution includes both customer service management and information technology service management functionalities. The platform also features a configuration management database and omnichannel solutions, including email, virtual agents, mobile apps, and agent workspaces.

With integrated TSM capabilities, customers can further track service performance in real time and continuously enhance delivery management, thereby improving the overall customer experience. It also enables customers to transform their businesses through a connected ecosystem of seamless digital workflows.

Additionally, existing ServiceNow users can now easily migrate to StarHub’s platform, ensuring a smoother transition for businesses already invested in the technology.

Apart from this, some of the advantages of the integration include a service bridge for seamless service requests, automation power efficiency, and cost-effective cloud solutions.

Speaking about the collaboration, Nikhil Eapen, chief executive officer at StarHub, said, “Embracing our DARE+ transformation, this joint platform and partnership signify a monumental stride in service management excellence. Empowered by our cutting-edge automation and AI-driven solutions, our fortified digital infrastructure services are poised to revolutionise industries, empowering businesses of all sizes to optimise operations and costs and unleash their full potential for unprecedented growth.”

Detlef Krause, president for Asia Pacific at ServiceNow, also said, “We are thrilled to announce our partnership with StarHub to accelerate digital transformation for organisations across Asia Pacific. With the Now Platform, our aim is to provide customers with superior services to simplify their operations and modernisation process, which translates to better efficiency and higher levels of client satisfaction.”
