ServiceNow, Boomi ink partnership for streamlined customer support, improved self-service experiences through AI

Singapore – Software development firm ServiceNow has recently announced that it has partnered with intelligent integration and automation platform Boomi. This strategic collaboration is aimed at offering customers streamlined customer support and improved self-service experiences.

Using ServiceNow’s technology provider service management, the company will incorporate Boomi’s API management capabilities with Automation Engine for complete visibility across a user’s API landscape and enhanced governance.

This integration will enable Boomi to eliminate silos and simplify internal processes to drive better, faster, and more efficient collaboration. It will also help reduce manual work through intelligent automation, thereby enhancing customer support and broadening self-service options.

Furthermore, Boomi will use ServiceNow’s App Engine to build workflows into its Master Data Hub, its cloud-native data management platform, for a simplified, more intuitive user experience.

Aside from this, Boomi’s advanced, lightweight API Management (APIM) solution will also be introduced to ServiceNow’s customers to further strengthen ServiceNow’s suite of intelligent automation solutions.
