Singapore – SAP has appointed Senthamizh Selvan Pandian as Regional Vice President and head of Customer Experience (CX) Customer Success for the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region, expanding his leadership responsibilities as the company continues to grow its enterprise customer experience business across the region.
Pandian has been with SAP for 17 years, holding roles spanning business transformation, value advisory, customer experience, and customer success. Prior to his new appointment, he led the CX Customer Success business across Southeast Asia and India.
According to SAP, Pandian has advised senior business leaders on customer experience transformation initiatives and has experience managing complex enterprise projects in competitive markets.
In his expanded role, he will focus on scaling regional customer success frameworks and driving business outcomes for customers across APAC. SAP said his responsibilities will also include supporting enterprise adoption and growth of its CX portfolio throughout the region.
Pandian brings experience in enterprise software strategy, value management, and C-suite engagement, which the company said will support its customer success initiatives across Asia-Pacific.
