Salesforce to transform RLC Residences’ customer experience with recent partnership

Singapore – RLC Residences, the residential arm of Robinsons Land, has recently announced a new collaboration with Salesforce, a customer relationship management platform. This initiative is part of the company’s digital transformation journey with Appistoki offering support and also aimed at enhancing its customer experience through innovative and data-driven solutions. 

As part of the agreement, the firm will incorporate the Salesforce platform, including Data Cloud, Customer 360 applications, and Einstein Salesforce’s AI technology, along with Appistoki’s expertise in digital infrastructure. This collaboration further empowers the brand to improve its customer-centric vision by optimising every critical touchpoint, providing homebuyers, owners, and investors with seamless, personalised journeys. 

Moreover, they will also leverage Data Cloud to unify and harmonise structured and unstructured customer data in real time. This move develops a foundation for personalised customer experiences and real-time analytics, triggering data-driven actions and workflows, and safely driving AI across all Salesforce applications.

With the said approach, the company further ensures that every interaction will be seamless and memorable by addressing pain points and anticipating needs before they arise. In this case, RLC Residences improves customer satisfaction and personalises interactions, leading to a more tailored and efficient experience throughout the homeownership journey.

Sujith Abraham, senior vice president and general manager at Salesforce ASEAN, also said, “RLC Residences is redefining the residential property market through elevating their customer experience with the power of the Salesforce Platform.”

He also added, “RLC Residences is using our data meshing capability to unify their customer data across Salesforce and other data sources, through zero copy, to build a more unified view of their customer.
