As part of the agreement, the firm will incorporate the Salesforce platform, including Data Cloud, Customer 360 applications, and Einstein Salesforce’s AI technology, along with Appistoki’s expertise in digital infrastructure. This collaboration further empowers the brand to improve its customer-centric vision by optimising every critical touchpoint, providing homebuyers, owners, and investors with seamless, personalised journeys.
Moreover, they will also leverage Data Cloud to unify and harmonise structured and unstructured customer data in real time. This move develops a foundation for personalised customer experiences and real-time analytics, triggering data-driven actions and workflows, and safely driving AI across all Salesforce applications.
