Singapore – Salesforce, a customer relationship management firm, has recently expanded its strategic partnership with human resources service and temporary staffing firm Adecco Group to redefine the recruiting and support process for job applicants.
In this collaboration, the Adecco Group will employ Salesforce’s Agentforce and data cloud to expand its global talent supply chain, reduce time-to-hire, and enhance the overall experience for job seekers.
The solution will also enable Adecco’s recruiters to ensure 24/7 candidate engagement, analyse resumes, and receive proactive shortlists of matching opportunities. Said move is designed to optimise the workflow, which allows them to bolster client relationships and interact with more job seekers on a personal level.
Furthermore, Salesforce’s data cloud will allow consolidation of data from over 40 systems across the Adecco Group, providing a centralised source of accurate information, credible output, and actions. Additionally, the company is also exploring the potential deployment of Slack within Agentforce to enhance their work operations.
Caroline Basyn, chief digital and IT officer at the Adecco Group, says, “This collaboration with Salesforce will sharpen the Adecco Group’s competitive edge so we can continue to outpace our peers with streamlined processes, improved fill rates and time to fill, and even better customer experiences.”
“By integrating data, AI, and cloud services across our company, we will have smarter ways of helping our clients and candidates while putting in place the building blocks to shape the world of work,” she further added.
Adam Evans, EVP and GM at Salesforce AI, also said, “Agentforce is unlocking a limitless digital workforce for the Adecco Group, one that works autonomously and around the clock to provide an incredible recruitment experience for candidates. By pairing Agentforce with Data Cloud, Slack, and other Salesforce applications, the Adecco Group will be able to transform the future of work while reducing costs.”
