Sydney, Australia – PagerDuty Inc., a global company specialising in digital operations management, has named Callum Eade as its new vice president for sales in the Asia-Pacific region. In this capacity, he will lead the firm’s regional growth strategy and oversee efforts to expand the use of the PagerDuty Operations Cloud among organisations seeking to enhance digital reliability and response capabilities.
The appointment underscores PagerDuty’s continued focus on the APAC region as demand grows for solutions that improve resilience and efficiency in digital operations.
Callum has more than two decades of leadership experience in enterprise technology, having previously held senior roles at Citrix, VMware, and UiPath. He is recognised for his work in driving business performance, strengthening customer engagement, and managing teams in fast-evolving markets.
