Sydney, Australia – PagerDuty Inc., a global company specialising in digital operations management, has named Callum Eade as vice president for sales in the Asia Pacific region. In this capacity, he will lead the company’s regional expansion and support customers in adopting the PagerDuty Operations Cloud to improve digital operations and incident management.

Callum brings more than two decades of experience in enterprise technology leadership, having held senior roles at companies including Citrix, VMware, and UiPath. He is recognised for his work in driving excellence-driven environments and customer-centric strategies across complex, high-growth markets.
