Access4 names Tim Branagan as new head of channel to strengthen partnerships in Australia

Australia — Access4, a provider of cloud-based unified communications (UC) and customer experience (CX) solutions, has appointed Tim Branagan as its new head of channel.

In this role, Tim will oversee the development of Access4’s partner-first strategy, focusing on strengthening channel engagement, enabling partners with the necessary tools and support, and driving opportunities in converged UC, CX, and user experience (UX) solutions.

He brings extensive experience in technology and telecommunications, with a background in channel leadership and strategic partnerships across partner ecosystems.

Tim shared how he is excited to be joining Access4 at such a pivotal time in the market.

“Partners are looking for a vendor that not only delivers world-class solutions, but also invests deeply in their long-term success,” he added.

“Access4’s partner-first culture and innovation-led approach position us perfectly to help partners capture new opportunities and drive sustainable growth.”

The appointment reflects Access4’s continued investment in supporting its partners and delivering innovation-led solutions. By prioritising enablement and collaboration, the company aims to reinforce its position as a trusted provider in the unified communications as a service (UCaaS) and contact centre as a service (CCaaS) markets.

“We are delighted to have Tim join the company. His extensive leadership expertise and deep understanding of partner and technology ecosystems make him an excellent fit to lead our channel strategy,” Matt Milne, CRO at Access4, said.

Access4 is a global provider of cloud communication solutions designed specifically for the channel. Its partner-first model enables managed service providers and resellers to deliver UC, CX and UX solutions that drive growth, customer retention and value.
