Singapore – Aiming to advance the company’s growth, Motorola India recently entered into a strategic partnership with VTEX, a global enterprise digital commerce platform, elevating the overall customer experience by reinforcing its direct-to-consumer strategy.

This digital-first solution provides customers with options such as affordability plans, free delivery, email OTP log-in, and payment on delivery.

Following this collaboration, VTEx will also work with India’s leading online payment solutions provider, PayU, to provide local merchants with over 100 payment options, including direct access to PayU’s payment gateway solutions, EMI, refunds, and various payment methods such as UPI, net banking, BNPL, and credit and debit cards.

Said integration allows brands to simplify their payment processes for merchants on the VTEX digital commerce platform. This includes streamlining their entire offer lifecycle, including sourcing, running, reconciling offers, and settlements using PayU’s offer engine.

Furthermore, Motorola shared that VTEX’s responsive platform was proven to be easy to use, flexible, and equipped with SEO tools.

Through this, the company was able to obtain analytics insights and establish a direct connection with customers by understanding their opinions. This outcome has led to an outstanding customer experience, as customers place trust in Motorola’s brand platform and show a preference for purchasing premium devices.

Speaking about the collaboration, Shivam Ranjan, marketing head at Motorola Asia Pacific, said, “Our partnership with VTEX has been key to Motorola’s D2C strategy in India. To keep pace with evolving consumer demands, businesses must embrace innovation.

“The partnership helped us seamlessly integrate our B2C and B2B channels, elevating our website and checkout experience and improving our digital capabilities. With VTEX’s low-code development platform coupled with PayU’s payment solutions, we have the ability to launch new projects and maintain a competitive edge swiftly,” he elaborated.

Nikhil Mehta, SVP for partnerships and payments strategy at PayU India, also explained, “We are excited to partner with VTEX to power Motorola’s e-commerce aspirations in India. By integrating PayU’s robust enterprise payment solutions and industry-leading affordability suite and offers engine into VTEX’s state-of-the-art digital commerce platform, we are set to deliver an elevated online shopping experience for Motorola customers in India, ensuring seamless transactions and enhanced security.”

Furthermore, Prashant Aneja, e-commerce manager at Motorola India, shared, “VTEX has been a valuable partner for us. They helped us unify our B2C and B2B channels, enhance our website and checkout experience, and improve our digital capabilities. VTEX’s low-code development platform gave us the ability to deploy new projects quickly and stay ahead of the curve.”

Prakash Gurumoorthy, general manager at VTEX EMEA and APAC, on the other hand, emphasised their commitment to providing a digital commerce platform that helps enterprises grow while remaining relevant for convenience-driven consumers, stating, “Our collaboration with PayU strengthens our composable and complete commerce platform for enterprise brands and retailers in India.

“With this pre-integrated payment solution, VTEX clients can access various payment methods, enabling a faster time-to-revenue,” he concluded.

Since it was established, VTEX has assisted businesses in achieving their digital commerce transformation goals. International brands can enter the Indian market with PayU’s cutting-edge services and shorten go-live time because payment methods will be effortlessly integrated.

Singapore – TrendAI, the enterprise-focused AI security platform developed by Trend Micro Incorporated, has entered into a strategic collaboration with Anthropic to integrate Claude models across its systems. The arrangement is intended to support automated processes, agent-driven workflows, AI-based security operations, and enhanced research into vulnerabilities affecting AI environments and infrastructure. The integration is also expected to contribute to improved identification of weaknesses and more coordinated risk mitigation in operational settings. The development forms part of TrendAI’s broader effort to position itself within the emerging AI security segment, as its enterprise division continues to evolve. The company aims to extend its capabilities globally through partnerships that combine research, defensive technologies, and product innovation. “This next phase is about scaling that vision globally, with leading partners like Anthropic,” Rachel Jin, Chief Platform and Business Officer, Head of TrendAI, shared. “Our broad, strategic collaboration across research, defence, and innovation will define how AI is secured moving forward." The deployment of Claude models will span several areas, including threat analysis, platform development, operational execution, and commercial expansion. These functions are designed to address the full lifecycle of AI security, from detecting vulnerabilities to enabling automated protection and supporting AI-driven operational frameworks. “By using Claude to power TrendAI Vision One and initiatives like TrendAI Zero Day Initiative (ZDI) and Pwn2Own, we are advancing the next iteration of vulnerability discovery and reporting—and tilting the scales toward defenders,” Ash Alhashim, Head of Cybersecurity GTM at Anthropic, stated. A key aspect of the partnership involves expanding research into risks associated with AI systems, particularly as the potential attack surface continues to grow. By leveraging established programmes, the company intends to bring real-world vulnerability insights into AI development processes, allowing critical issues to be identified and addressed before deployment. In addition, the use of Anthropic’s models is expected to enhance platform capabilities by supporting automation, reducing operational complexity, and enabling organisations to respond more efficiently to security challenges as they scale their use of artificial intelligence technologies.
