Manila, Philippines – Meta has announced the launch of Business AI on Messenger in the Philippines, expanding its suite of tools designed to help local enterprises strengthen customer engagement through artificial intelligence.

The introduction of Business AI reflects Meta’s ongoing efforts to support business growth in an increasingly digital marketplace. Business AI on Messenger is designed to help enterprises respond to enquiries instantly, recommend products, and maintain customer conversations efficiently.
