Singapore – Lincoln Educational Services Corporation, which operates Lincoln Tech, is expanding its long-standing partnership with LeadSquared to introduce artificial intelligence (AI) agents into its admissions and enrolment operations.
The initiative will use LeadSquared’s LeadEdge innovation centre to deploy AI agents across stages of the student enrolment journey, including responding to prospective students, identifying applicants ready to proceed, checking application completeness and re-engaging those who have stopped responding.
The companies aim to integrate AI into existing workflows, using established data and processes to improve response times, consistency and visibility into enrolment activity. The systems are also intended to help admissions teams identify where prospective students may need additional support.
The first AI agents are being deployed, with plans to extend the initiative to other stages of the student journey as it develops. Results will be assessed against Lincoln Tech’s existing operations, with findings expected to be shared over time.
Governance and human oversight are central to the deployment. Each agent operates within a defined scope, follows established rules and records its actions in an audit trail. Human oversight will remain in place for key decisions, while the agents’ autonomy will be expanded only after their performance has been evaluated.
“Our goal is to make it easier for prospective students to take the next step toward a career they can build on,” said Jay Rasmussen, Senior Vice President of Admissions at Lincoln Tech.
“By applying AI thoughtfully within the admissions process, we can help our teams respond faster, identify where a student may need additional support, and provide a more consistent experience—while keeping our admissions professionals at the centre of the relationship. This partnership gives us a responsible, measurable way to strengthen student engagement and help more individuals move confidently from inquiry to enrollment,” Rasmussen continued.
“For Lincoln Tech, the collaboration reflects a broader commitment to embracing emerging technology in service of its students and its mission. For LeadSquared, it demonstrates how LeadEdge partners with leading organisations to move AI from concept to real operational impact, responsibly, measurably, and with people at the centre,” said Prithwi Dasgupta, President – North America at LeadSquared.
“The collaboration focuses on the moments across the student journey where speed, consistency, and personal attention matter most. Together, the teams are applying AI across key enrollment operations. The two organisations will continue to build on this foundation in the months ahead,” Dasgupta continued.
