Jakarta, Indonesia – Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison, a digital telecommunications firm, has announced that it has recently formed a strategic agreement with AI-native business transformation firm AlonOS. This collaboration is aimed at transforming businesses into AI-native enterprises through the AI3 initiative (Artificial Intelligence for Indonesia by Indosat).
As part of the agreement, the partnership also brings a suite of solutions, including Sovereign AI, which offers AI solutions with a plug-and-play platform based on a resilient digital infrastructure. This solution intends to transform priority sectors, such as Indonesia’s ed-tech industry.
It also offers industry-specific solutions with integrated AI offerings tailored for domain-specific needs. Aviation Enterprise AI, for instance, utilises the power of AI to enhance ancillary revenue and optimise operations while also improving the customer experience.
In addition, the said collaboration provides a range of solutions intended to accelerate and scale the existing capabilities of the firm with advanced AI use cases. Among its key areas of focus are robust fraud prevention and identity solutions to create a secure digital ecosystem for Indonesia.
Other focus areas further encompass privacy-focused marketing technology solutions to enable Indonesian businesses to deliver secure and personalised digital experiences.
