Manila, Philippines – Globe has entered a multi-year collaboration with Amazon Web Services (AWS) to accelerate its digital transformation and improve customer experiences across its telecommunications and digital platforms in the Philippines.
The partnership focuses on cloud modernisation and the use of AI to deliver more seamless, personalised, and efficient services to consumers and businesses nationwide.
Under the agreement, AWS will support Globe in expanding its cloud infrastructure to enhance service reliability, strengthen disaster recovery systems, and improve platform engineering. These developments are expected to boost network resiliency and operational efficiency while supporting the company’s commercial initiatives.
Carl Cruz, president and CEO of Globe, shared that seamless digital experiences are expected in today’s digital age, and the partnership with AWS allows the company to deliver the connectivity needs of every Filipino.

The partnership also extends to real-time operations, where Globe will utilise AWS’s data streaming and campaign management capabilities to provide more responsive and targeted offerings. In addition, the integration of AI-led solutions such as voicebots and customer lifecycle management tools is set to enhance service quality and engagement across multiple customer touchpoints.
