Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia – Aiming to strengthen Malaysia’s SME ecosystem, unified commerce platform EasyStore has recently signed a memorandum of understanding with Alliance Bank, Ninja Van, and SUNMI.
In this collaboration, the company aspires to establish an integrated ecosystem that offers local SMEs essential digital tools, logistics support, and payment innovations to cater to modern, tech-savvy consumers. This strategic move is designed to advance their commitment to SME growth through their ‘Let Business Help Business’ initiative.
As per the firm, the new ecosystem will allow smart IoT devices from EasyStore and Sunmi Technology to enhance in-store payment speed and security. On the other hand, EasyStore and Ninja Van will refine logistics with real-time tracking and accelerated deliveries.
In addition, EasyStore and Alliance Bank will deliver integrated financial solutions, empowering local brands with digital financing and flexible growth opportunities.
These partnerships and tailored commerce tools will further enable Malaysian SMEs to gain the support needed to overcome business challenges and deliver seamless, high-quality experiences to their customers. SMEs are further anticipated to have an increase in revenue, reduced delivery times, and a decrease in operational costs by more than 25%.
Commenting about the endeavour, Soh Yien Yee, chief relationship officer at EasyStore, stated, “We are creating a game-changing ecosystem for SMEs. This is more than just tools. In Malaysia, SMEs are facing challenges in an increasingly digital landscape.”
“As the lines between retail and e-commerce continue to blur, many businesses are falling behind without the right tools to integrate both worlds. That’s where this partnership steps in,” she further said.
Moreover, the company has also introduced the new EasyStore Brand App, enabling businesses to maintain strong customer connections as well as allowing SMEs to integrate into customers’ daily routines. Companies can also personalise the app with their branding, offering a seamless and engaging shopping experience that fosters customer retention and long-term loyalty.
Raymond Chui, group chief business and transaction banking officer at Alliance Bank, also commented, “Our award-winning solutions are designed to help businesses thrive in today’s fast-evolving digital economy.”
“This partnership with EasyStore marks another step forward in providing SMEs with seamless, innovative financial support—allowing them to focus on what matters most: growing their businesses,” he concluded.
