Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia – In a bid to support local businesses, unified commerce platform EasyStore has announced its latest collaboration with online financial infrastructure Stripe. This partnership aims to provide local SMEs with the tools to expand their presence and venture into global markets.

Under the agreement, the two are set to bring an optimised checkout suite together, with key benefits to help customers discover brands and products anytime, regardless of their location.

Building on its features, the suite also provides convenient and loyal-friendly payments, noting EasyStore’s integration of Stripe’s AI-powered checkout flow.

This capability allows Stripe to customise the payment experience by demonstrating the preferred payment methods for each customer, making the process more seamless and intuitive.

It further offers customers confidence in every purchase through EasyStore’s ability to allow users to view product prices in their local currency. This feature eliminates the need for currency conversion hassles and supports more than 150 markets, including Australia, Hong Kong, India, Japan, New Zealand, Singapore, and Thailand.

In addition, the alliance presents an enhanced checkout experience, with features that include checkout buttons, address autofill, real-time card validation, and the option to save payment details.

An e-invoicing auto-submission is also supported by the partnership, which ensures businesses can easily manage cross-border transactions and comply with government regulations.

With these innovations, the duo remains committed to driving significant improvement of local businesses, be it for global competitiveness and customer experience.
