Singapore – AnyMind Group, an end-to-end enablement firm, has recently announced five new appointments, following its strategic vision to evolve into an AI-native BPaaS company.
These new executives include Ryuji Takemoto stepping into the chief product officer role, Shodai Fujita as the new country manager for Japan, Kiatisak Watcharapruk as managing director of creator growth, Masaki Okawa as managing director of strategy, and Steven Tan as managing director of fulfilment.
Commenting about the move, Kosuke Sogo, CEO and co-founder of AnyMind Group, said, “These appointments mark a significant step forward as we scale our solutions across Asia and beyond. With deep expertise in technology, digital commerce, and fulfilment, we’re strengthening the leadership we need to navigate the next phase of our growth and shape the future of how business is done.”
As the new chief product officer, Ryuji Takemoto will be responsible for the company’s efforts to integrate AI across all aspects of its operations. These include driving the development of AI-powered products, streamlining internal processes, and scaling automation capabilities across the business.
Takemoto, who became AnyMind Group’s first engineer in 2016, most recently served as managing director of product development. He leads the product development team across AnyMind’s five engineering hubs in Tokyo, Bangkok, Ho Chi Minh City, Bangalore, and Hangzhou. At the same time, he also oversees the AI App Studio unit and strategic integration of AI across the company’s BPaaS model.
Takemoto, speaking about it, said, “As AnyMind advances our transformation to become an AI-native company, I am committed to accelerating this journey by deepening the implementation of AI technologies into our platforms and enhancing feature sets, whilst improving our operational capacity and efficiency by equipping all levels of the company with AI and LLM capabilities, ultimately to deliver even greater value for our customers.”
Following this appointment comes Fujita, a double-degree graduate from Keio University and Bocconi University, who joined AnyMind Group early in his career and took on business development roles in Thailand and Vietnam.
At present, Fujita now serves as a country manager, overseeing all aspects of the company’s business in Japan.
Fujita also noted, “Having started my career at AnyMind and grown alongside the company, I’m deeply honoured to now lead our Japan business. As we enter a new phase of growth driven by AI and operational excellence, I’m excited to accelerate innovation across our offerings and further unlock value for our customers and ecosystem in Japan.”
Meanwhile, recently appointed managing director of creator growth Kiatisak Watcharapruk will replace Punsak Limvatanayingyong, who leaves the company after close to six years. He will head the company’s business unit that supports content creators, including the business unit’s global direction and strategy.
With the endeavour, Watcharapruk commented, “I’m thrilled to join AnyMind Group at such a pivotal time for the creator economy. AnyMind Group has established itself as a leader in empowering creators, and I’m particularly excited to harness the power of AI to optimise content creation, distribution, and monetisation, driving further growth and creating even more opportunities for creators to thrive.”
Additionally, Masaki Okawa’s new role will see him driving the AnyMind Group’s overall strategy, focusing on its e-commerce business, regional sales with scale, and key emerging markets.
Prior to joining AnyMind Group, Masaki Okawa was Vice President, Oral Care, Japan/Korea & Innovation Leader of Asia, the Middle East and Africa for Procter & Gamble, where he spent 16 years. He is also the non-executive Chief Strategy Officer of the Logitech startup, Logipeace.
Okawa, talking about this milestone, said, “I’m thrilled to join AnyMind Group. I aspire to be a catalyst to take AnyMind to the next level and become a world-renowned AI-native BPaaS company by integrating AnyMind’s innovations and my extensive experiences of general management, business/organisation development and marketing.”
Lastly, Steven Tan, who continues to serve as CEO of Arche Digital, has now been appointed managing director of Fulfilment. In his new role, he will drive AnyMind Group’s fulfilment strategy, overseeing warehousing, storage, and distribution services. He will also support the growth of AnyLogi, the company’s international shipping platform, while continuing to serve as CEO of Arche Digital.
Tan further remarked, “We’re taking a strategic step to drive further operational excellence and sustainable scalability. I’m looking forward to using my expertise to deliver further innovation in our fulfilment operations, enhancing our online capabilities from AnyLogi with offline infrastructure across the region.”
In addition to the new appointments, the company announced the strengthening of its presence and ecosystems in digital commerce and the creator economy, building on its strong foundation in marketing and publisher services.
