Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam – Appier, an AI-native software company specialising in marketing and advertising technology, has entered into a strategic collaboration with VitaDairy, one of Vietnam’s leading immunity-focused dairy brands.
The partnership aims to apply Appier’s AI-driven solutions to strengthen VitaDairy’s digital transformation, enhance customer engagement, and optimise communication across multiple platforms.
Vietnam’s dairy market continues to expand rapidly, supported by rising consumer interest in health and nutrition. This growth coincides with the increasing adoption of AI in marketing, with a majority of Vietnamese businesses now using AI to support customer engagement and personalisation.
“This collaboration not only reflects VitaDairy’s forward-looking vision but also highlights the shared commitment of both companies to harness AI innovation for meaningful impact,” Yew-Hwee Ng, senior vice president of enterprise solutions at Appier, said.
“Together, we aim to set new benchmarks for how data-driven intelligence can elevate customer engagement, unlock growth, and shape the future of health-driven nutrition in Vietnam.”
Through the partnership, VitaDairy is adopting Appier’s agentic AI ecosystem to unify data and streamline customer experiences across digital and physical touchpoints.
The integration of Appier’s AIQUA platform enables the creation of intelligent, automated marketing campaigns tailored to specific customer segments, delivered via channels such as Zalo, SMS, email, and mobile applications. BotBonnie supports this ecosystem by facilitating interactive, real-time communication through chat-based engagement, loyalty initiatives, and customer support.
At the foundation of the transformation, Appier’s AIRIS platform connects and consolidates customer data from diverse sources to provide a single, coherent view of consumer behaviour. This data integration is enhanced by predictive and generative AI capabilities, which enable more accurate segmentation, improve campaign performance, and support data-driven decision-making.
By combining these technologies, VitaDairy aims to build an agile, insight-led marketing framework that supports personalisation at scale.
The company is also developing its Nutrition Advisor initiative into a digital service offering individualised guidance, further integrating AI to provide accessible and relevant nutritional information to consumers.
“By unifying data and leveraging AI-driven insights to automate customer engagement, we are enhancing personalisation while deepening customer trust,” Phan Ngoc My, chief marketing officer for VitaDairy, commented.
“Through this partnership, we are positioned to capture the rising demand for functional, premium nutrition as the market continues to evolve.”
The collaboration represents a broader shift towards AI-enabled innovation in Vietnam’s consumer goods sector.
By aligning Appier’s technology with VitaDairy’s expertise in premium nutrition, both organisations seek to establish a more connected, data-informed approach to customer engagement, contributing to the continued evolution of the country’s health and wellness market.
