Get ready to explore the future of marketing and elevate your business! The ‘What’s NEXT in Marketing 2024-2025’ series is heading to Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, and Singapore. Don’t miss out!

Singapore – Salesforce, a customer relationship management firm, has recently launched a suite of autonomous AI agents designed to empower employees in handling tasks in service, sales, marketing, and commerce.

The new solution, named Agentforce, will now allow businesses to expand their workforces in an instant, increasing both efficiency and customer satisfaction.

This limitless digital workforce of AI agents offers the ability to analyse data, make decisions, and take action on tasks like answering customer service inquiries, qualifying sales leads, and optimising marketing campaigns. It also enables any organisation to easily build, customise, and deploy their own agents for diverse use cases across any industry.

Moreover, the solution provides a new level of sophistication by operating autonomously, retrieving the right data on demand, building action plans for any task, and executing these plans without requiring human intervention.

It further uses real-time data to adapt to changing conditions and operates independently within an organisation’s customised guardrails, ensuring every customer interaction is informed, relevant, and valuable. Agentforce hands off to human employees with a summary of the interaction, an overview of the customer’s details, and recommendations for what to do next.

Beyond these features, Agentforce also brings forward significant advancements on the Salesforce platform, providing a range of highly-capable, out-of-the-box autonomous agents, along with a rich set of low-code tools that streamline agent creation, customisation, and deployment.

This move eliminates the need for AI model training or complex DIY AI projects. Additionally, the Agentforce partner network allows seamless integration of third-party agents and actions for building custom solutions.

Marc Benioff, chair and CEO at Salesforce, said, “Agentforce represents the Third Wave of AI—advancing beyond copilots to a new era of highly accurate, low-hallucination intelligent agents that actively drive customer success. Unlike other platforms, Agentforce is a revolutionary and trusted solution that seamlessly integrates AI across every workflow, embedding itself deeply into the heart of the customer journey. This means anticipating needs, strengthening relationships, driving growth, and taking proactive action at every touchpoint.”

“While others require you to DIY your AI, Agentforce offers a fully tailored, enterprise-ready platform designed for immediate impact and scalability. With advanced security features, compliance with industry standards, and unmatched flexibility. Our vision is bold: to empower one billion agents with Agentforce by the end of 2025. This is what AI is meant to be,” added Benioff.

The new Agenforce for service and sales is set to be generally available on October 25, 2024, featuring components of the Atlas Reasoning Engine launch in February 2025.
