Singapore – TS Cloud, an IT services and consulting firm, along with its recent partnership with Google Cloud, has recently announced the introduction of its latest enterprise AI development and management service.

This strategic launch builds on the company’s goal of helping businesses establish and deploy their own artificial intelligence platforms through their own data. It further aims to allow firms to begin the integration of artificial intelligence into their daily business operations.

With the new solution, the company will utilise Google’s vertex AI alongside other Google Cloud services, providing offerings that are charged on a monthly basis after initial deployment costs. Users only need to prepare their data, as TS Cloud manages AI development, training, and integration into their environment.

This move will enable businesses to interact with and search internal data using AI, promising a substantial reduction in time and costs linked to internal communication.

Furthermore, the service also provides enhanced operational efficiency through AI-driven process optimisation, reduced costs through decreased manual labour, and quick implementation facilitated by “easily” building and launching AI with “simple” processes. Aside from this, there is also professional support from a dedicated team throughout the implementation, maintenance, and training phases.

On the other hand, data security requirements are assured with storage in Google Cloud Storage, safeguarding against external access.

Additionally, practical applications supported by the service include an onboarding hub for new hires, an internal catalogue/product search, an inter-departmental help desk, and customer support assistance.

In a recent statement by the company, TS Cloud noted, “In these applications, AI can take over tasks that previously required significant time and effort from internal resources, saving both time and costs.”

In terms of service pricing, the cost for AI development and delivery begins at S$4,400 ($3,260). A 50% deposit is initially required to create a test environment for the evaluation of AI’s responses to real data. If the AI is found suitable for business use, the remaining 50% will be charged to deploy the production environment.

Following this, a maintenance and additional training fee of S$440 ($326) per month is also charged after delivery, including Google Cloud usage fees.
