Singapore – Adobe announced that the tool is now accessible through ChatGPT as a plugin, Claude, Databricks Genie, Gemini for business, and Microsoft Copilot.
According to Adobe, the integration allows marketing professionals to plan, orchestrate and optimise customer experiences within the agentic AI platform of their choice. IBM availability is expected soon.
Adobe describes CX Enterprise Coworker as an end-to-end agentic AI system that covers the customer lifecycle, from acquiring prospects to growing customer lifetime value.
The system is built on open standards, including Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Agent2Agent (A2A). It runs autonomous Customer Experience Orchestration workflows using Adobe CX Enterprise, across AI platforms and enterprise systems, with human oversight.
Adobe says the tool analyses campaign performance and emerging trends, forecasts audiences, optimises customer journeys and resolves conflicts. It also supports planning, project and work management.
“Today, marketers often use AI tools in isolation, without the organizational context and domain intelligence needed to personalize every stage of the customer lifecycle,” said Anjul Bhambhri, Senior Vice President of Engineering, Customer Experience Orchestration of Adobe. “CX Enterprise Coworker connects these tools and workflows using brand, customer and channel intelligence, helping teams drive better business outcomes.”
Google Cloud also commented on the Gemini for business integration. “Our partnership with Adobe is built on a shared vision of open, flexible, and secure agentic AI,” said Rao Surapaneni, Vice President, Gemini Agent Governance, Cloud AI of Google Cloud.
“Integrating Adobe’s CX Coworker into Gemini for business allows organisations to securely harness their customer data and brand intelligence right where they already work. This collaborative, agent-to-agent approach represents the next frontier of productivity and creative execution for the modern enterprise,” Surapaneni added.
Microsoft, for its part, framed the Copilot integration around moving from insight to action.
“We are working with Adobe to help enterprises leverage agentic AI to move from insight to action,” said Rob Howard, Corporate Vice President of Copilot Platform and Extensibility of Microsoft. “By connecting intelligence across customer data, content, journeys and enterprise systems, we are putting agentic AI to work across the customer experience. This gives marketing teams the speed and flexibility to orchestrate more personalized experiences at scale.”
Alongside the platform availability, Adobe launched new connectors for CX Enterprise Coworker. They offer pre-built MCP server integrations with Databricks Genie, Demandbase, an ads MCP server for Meta campaigns, Microsoft Work IQ, and RainFocus.
Adobe says the connectors let marketers link the partner systems they already use without custom integration work. A single request can then extract data and take actions across multiple systems.
Adobe is also working with global systems integrators, including Accenture, Capgemini, Cognizant, Deloitte Digital, EY, IBM, Infosys, PwC, and TCS. They are using the tool to create agentic solutions tailored to specific industries.
According to the company, these integrators connect Adobe’s platform with broader technology ecosystems and aim to turn agentic AI experimentation into business value.
Agencies including dentsu, Havas, Omnicom, Publicis, Stagwell, and WPP are adding their own proprietary IP, agents, tools and industry expertise to the system for joint clients.
Adobe says it works with more than 20,000 brands across their content supply chain, customer engagement and brand visibility.
