Singapore – Tencent Cloud has expanded its enterprise AI offering in Singapore, adding tools for marketing, media production and private cloud deployment. The company announced the move on Wednesday alongside new partnerships and a talent programme.
The announcement follows an October report in which Tencent Cloud said its active overseas customer base had doubled over the past year. It added that international demand for its AI products and services had grown at a triple-digit rate.
Among the new tools, MAGIC AI is Tencent Marketing Cloud’s agentic AI marketing workspace. According to Tencent Cloud, it helps marketing teams discover audiences, turn business goals into campaign plans and test what works, while critical actions remain subject to human approval.
For media workflows, Tencent Cloud WAND combines multimodal models, including Hunyuan, with the company’s proprietary WAND-Vega models and more than 100 in-house media processing tools. Tencent Cloud says the platform supports content creation, analysis, enhancement, encoding and localisation.
On the infrastructure side, the Tencent Cloud Enterprise (TCE) AI Suite is a full-stack private cloud foundation powered by TI-ONE, TokenHub and Agent Runtime. The company says it unifies compute, MaaS services and agent management, allowing organisations to modernise while retaining control over sensitive data and critical workloads.
These products join an existing portfolio that includes WorkBuddy, an AI office productivity agent, and CodeBuddy, an AI-powered coding assistant. Miora, an AI-native creative studio, completes the line-up, which spans workplace productivity, software development, content creation and AI deployment.
Tencent Cloud’s leadership framed the expansion around practical adoption of AI in daily business operations.
“AI is creating new opportunities for businesses, but its real value comes when it can be applied to everyday operations and adopted at scale,” said Dowson Tong, Senior Executive Vice President of Tencent and CEO of the Cloud and Smart Industries Group. “At Tencent Cloud, we’re bringing together our AI tools such as WorkBuddy, model capabilities and cloud infrastructure to help more businesses put AI to work, building on their strengths and unlocking new opportunities for growth.”
Alongside the product launches, Tencent Cloud has formed new collaborations in Singapore with Beyondsoft, Nexusguard, and WeesWares. The company says the partnerships will support customers in AI and cloud innovation, as well as cybersecurity resilience.
Tencent Cloud also reports that its Singapore-based customers span healthcare, financial services and international logistics. In healthcare, its technology powers video consultations on Raffles Connect through local digital healthcare company Care, supporting more than 10,000 consultations a month.
Tencent Cloud’s international head also placed Singapore at the centre of the company’s regional plans.
“Singapore serves as an important hub for AI innovation, talent and enterprise adoption in Southeast Asia,” said Poshu Yeung, Senior Vice President, Tencent Cloud and Head of Tencent Cloud International. “Through our technology, ecosystem collaboration and talent development initiatives, we hope to contribute to a vibrant AI ecosystem that supports long-term innovation and growth in Singapore and across the region.”
