Singapore – eCloudvalley (ECV) has renewed its multi-year Strategic Collaboration Agreement with Amazon Web Services (AWS), as the Taiwan-headquartered firm moves from cloud services towards a product-led enterprise AI business. The company announced the renewal on 30 October.
The agreement is the second between the two companies, following the first signed in 2023. ECV, an AWS Premier Tier Services Partner, says enterprise AI now sits at the centre of its growth across four pillars: AI and machine learning, cloud migration, managed services and security.
ECV says it has packaged expertise from thousands of cloud prototype buildouts and deployments into standardised enterprise AI products. AWS supports the effort through technical enablement, solution co-building, proof-of-concept (PoC) initiatives and go-to-market (GTM) programmes.
In turn, ECV says it is replicating the success pattern it has verified in Taiwan across ASEAN and ANZ.
Building on its AWS AI Competency, ECV has launched a full-lifecycle AI product suite. At the application layer, its MAIAH (Multi-AI Agent Hub) is an enterprise AI agent platform that, according to ECV, combines multi-agent capabilities, enterprise knowledge management, RAG and AI-powered applications.
At the governance layer, the ECV AI Governance (EAG) platform centralises control of AI agents, models, data and access permissions. ECV says it is designed to enforce step-by-step execution while mitigating operational risks and controlling costs.
Beyond the cloud, NeoEdge Matrix serves as the foundational data source for edge AI. NeoEdge Central, meanwhile, brings edge computing and on-premises deployment into IT/OT and industrial environments.
ECV also integrates its managed services, security and Know Your Customer (KYC) protocols into AI agent workflows, which customers can enable on demand. The company says the aim is to keep operations cost-effective and secure.
On the managed services side, the next-generation cloud management platform unifies 24/7 monitoring, DevSecOps-as-a-Service and cost optimisation, and ECV describes it as a cornerstone as it advances towards AI-led managed services.
Looking ahead, ECV plans to keep working with AWS to serve small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) and enterprises in financial services, manufacturing, retail and the public sector.
Linda Lin, Chief Executive Officer of eCloudvalley, shared, “Our first agreement in 2023 with AWS helped us horizontally expand our regional footprint. ECV has grown its AWS business significantly by increasing its customer base and establishing a presence into Australia. The next phase is about vertical depth through productisation, taking a deep dive into AI business to better serve customers with verified methodologies that can be deployed effortlessly.”
Jason Tam, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of eCloudvalley, added, “To head toward a sustainable future, partners must offer value that retains customers beyond distribution and discounts. This SCA shows what ECV represents and what ECV is heading towards. As ECV repositions itself into a product-driven technology partner with AWS, we are returning to ‘Day 1’ mindset—investing in AI-led platforms and business models. Building distinct value on top of AWS technology, ECV empowers customers while creating an ecosystem where AWS, ECV, and our customers win together.”
Kirsten Gilbertson, Head of ASEAN Partner Development at AWS, concluded, “We’ve seen ECV help customers across ASEAN tackle real cloud and AI challenges, and this renewed collaboration reflects the momentum and results they’re driving. Our focus is making enterprise AI practical and accessible, so customers can move from experimentation to production faster. What matters is that customers across the region are solving real business problems faster, and partnerships like this one help make that happen.”
