Singapore – VWO has combined with AB Tasty to form a global digital experience optimisation platform generating more than $100 million in annual recurring revenue and serving over 4,000 customers worldwide, according to the companies.
The deal, backed by private equity firm Everstone Capital, brings together two experimentation and personalisation providers under a single organisation. It positions the combined entity as one of the largest independent players in experimentation, personalisation, and conversion optimisation, the companies said.
Both VWO and AB Tasty were described as profitable, product-led businesses prior to the combination. Their strengths are said to be complementary, spanning experimentation, personalisation, analytics, and AI-driven optimisation.
The newly combined platform will serve customers across North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and Latin America. Nearly 90% of its revenue is drawn from the U.S. and European markets, the companies noted.
Leadership of the combined organisation will fall to Sparsh Gupta, Co-founder of VWO, who has been named Chief Executive Officer. He will be joined by a leadership team drawn from senior executives at both companies, a structure intended to preserve continuity for existing customers while the business pursues product innovation and expansion into new markets.
“VWO and AB Tasty are coming together to form a single, unified digital experience optimisation platform, built to serve modern product, marketing, and growth teams around the world. This is not a sudden shift, nor a short-term move. It is the result of years of parallel thinking, shared values, and a common belief in where digital experience technology needs to go next,” said Gupta.
Existing customers of both VWO and AB Tasty will continue to be supported without disruption, according to the companies. Both brands are expected to maintain their respective product momentum while drawing on shared investment in AI capabilities, enterprise-grade experimentation, and deeper personalisation across the customer journey.
Everstone Capital, which has backed Wingify since 2021, remains the largest institutional shareholder in the combined business. The firm has committed additional capital toward long-term growth and innovation, the companies said.
The combination marks what Wingify described as the next phase of its evolution, expanding its global footprint while reinforcing its stated mission to help teams make data-backed decisions that improve digital experiences at scale.
