Philippines – Appistoki, a Novare Channel Partner, has launched a Salesforce Data and AI Centre of Excellence (CoE) at Novare’s headquarters in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig. The facility opened on 27 August 2026, marking a fresh push to accelerate AI-driven enterprise transformation across the Philippines.
The CoE will function as a joint innovation hub between the two companies, allowing them to co-develop new applications together. From there, the centre is expected to help Philippine organisations understand and roll out agentic AI in practical, scalable ways across business operations and customer experience.
At the core of the new facility sit two Salesforce technologies: Agentforce, the company’s agentic AI platform, and Data 360, its native data engine. Through these tools, Appistoki intends to demonstrate how organisations can unify their data and deploy AI agents to sharpen customer engagement, automate workflows, and build more connected digital experiences.
Beyond serving as a showcase space, the CoE will also host customer briefings, live demonstrations, workshops, and collaborative sessions for organisations exploring AI-powered transformation initiatives.
Real estate emerges as the CoE’s initial area of focus, with planned use cases spanning intelligent lead engagement, personalised property recommendations, and AI-assisted customer support. The sector currently accounts for more than 5 percent of the Philippines’ GDP and expanded by 6.8 percent year-on-year in the first quarter of 2026, positioning it for sustained momentum.
Against that backdrop, AI adoption is being framed as pivotal to the industry’s next phase of growth, particularly in driving operational efficiency, data-driven customer acquisition, and personalised buyer engagement.
“We wanted to create a space where organisations can experience AI in action. Through Agentforce, businesses will better understand how intelligent and connected customer engagement can transform industries such as real estate”, said Abhijeet Kulkarni, Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Appistoki.
Echoing that sentiment, Novare pointed to the broader intent behind the collaboration. “Novare is committed to delivering purposeful and enterprise-ready AI solutions for Filipino companies. AI should create a meaningful impact for both businesses and people. This initiative reflects our commitment to helping organisations adopt AI in ways that are practical, responsible, and outcome-driven”, said Victor Silvino, Chief Executive Officer, Novare Technologies.
For its part, Salesforce framed the launch within a wider regional shift toward applied AI. According to Paul Carvouni, Senior Vice President and General Manager, Salesforce ASEAN, “Business success in the Philippines will be defined by organisations that move beyond AI pilots to apply AI where it delivers measurable outcomes. Our collaboration with Appistoki on this CoE reinforces our commitment to equipping Filipino businesses with the technology and expertise needed to turn AI ambition into real competitive advantage. Together, we are leading the shift to agentic transformation across the region.”
Appistoki and Salesforce have collaborated on AI and data initiatives across several industries to date, including real estate, banking, and telecommunications.
Among the companies that have worked with Appistoki is Ayala Land, Inc., one of the Philippines’ leading real estate developers, which credited the partner for advancing its Salesforce journey.
“Appistoki has been a critical part of our Salesforce journey. We’re taking that journey to the next level — using AI on top of the data we’ve built on Salesforce to unlock more value from our investment and our partnership with Appistoki,” said Roscoe M. Pineda, Chief Information Officer, Ayala Land, Inc.
Meanwhile, Appistoki has continued to build out its Salesforce capacity, investing in industry-focused accelerators, Salesforce certifications, live experience demonstrations, and related resources. The company is also part of the Salesforce Forward Deployed Engineering Partner Network, a group tasked with providing the engineering depth needed to help customers move from AI ambition to a production-ready agentic workforce.
