Singapore – Warrix, a Thai sportswear firm, has recently announced its strategic collaboration with the customer relationship management platform to enhance team collaboration and process integration on Slack.

Through the partnership, Slack has enabled the company to incorporate communication and work processes into one platform. It also reduced the time spent on meetings and email coordination by 30%, noting significant improvements in team collaboration and communication efficiency.

Its introduction also accelerated collaboration for the marketing and sales teams, allowing them to quickly coordinate with other departments, monitor campaign updates, and adapt strategies in real time.

Speaking about the initiative, “In today’s fast-paced business environment, efficient communication and cross-functional collaboration are key for business success. With Slack, Warrix is not only bringing employees and teams together in real-time but also streamlining complex workflows to drive greater productivity,” said Thitirat Tongtavorn, country leader at Salesforce Thailand.

“We’re excited to continue partnering with Warrix to deliver enhanced employee and customer experiences as they grow their business in Thailand and internationally,” added Tongtavorn.

Somchai Mekhasuwanroj, chief executive officer at I&I Group Public Company Limited, also stated, “We’re proud to support Warrix in creating a cohesive communication platform for employees as part of the company’s transformation journey.”

“This project exemplifies our commitment to helping companies leverage technology to enhance their competitiveness and drive sustainable growth in the digital era, while underscoring our strong partnership with Salesforce,” Mekhasuwanroj concluded.

Warrix’s adoption of Slack was driven by the partnership between Salesforce and I&I Group, who assessed the company’s requirements and integrated Slack with existing systems like the ERP and Data Hub for smooth collaboration. Throughout the process, said companies developed a detailed plan and provided comprehensive training to equip employees at all levels.

Additionally, the company invested in a data-driven transformation project as part of its efforts to remain flexible and responsive. This includes plans to leverage AI for smarter decision-making and efficient task management.
