Singapore – Sitecore has launched SitecoreAI, a next-generation digital experience platform designed to embed AI across marketing and content operations. The platform seeks to help organisations adapt to AI-led customer engagement by combining content management, data, and personalisation within a single SaaS system.
Developed on the foundation of Sitecore XM Cloud, SitecoreAI integrates content and customer data with AI-enabled workflows that automate and optimise marketing processes. Central to the platform is the Agentic Studio, a workspace where marketers can collaborate with AI to plan, produce, and refine digital experiences.
The studio includes 20 pre-configured AI agents capable of handling complex workflows such as campaign planning, content generation, migration, and performance testing. Users can also design their own agents and automation flows through a visual, no-code interface.
The Agentic Studio’s Agentic Flows feature enables orchestration of multi-step, data-driven campaigns from concept to publication. It also supports real-time collaboration between human users and AI systems, using insights and feedback loops to improve campaign precision and consistency over time.
Eric Stine, chief executive officer of Sitecore, mentioned that in today’s modern age of technology goes beyond the website.
“Discover is no longer driven by search; it’s powered by attention. Brands earn that attention in social media feeds and AI-generated summaries when they show up in the right moment,” Eric explained.
He added, “SitecoreAI gives marketers the platform to do exactly that, creating personalised experiences through a platform that learns as they work and helps stay ahead of what’s next.”
SitecoreAI operates on Microsoft Azure, offering enterprise-grade scalability, data continuity, and compliance. The system unifies XM Cloud’s existing capabilities—content management, customer data, personalisation, and search—within an adaptive architecture that evolves through configuration and human feedback.
Current XM Cloud users can access SitecoreAI without requiring migration, maintaining their existing data and workflows while gaining access to new AI-driven tools.
Early adopters across multiple industries have implemented SitecoreAI to streamline digital operations. Organisations such as Berkeley Homes and AFL have used its contextual content generation capabilities to produce targeted materials, while Regal Rexnord and Hexagon have applied its automation agents to accelerate large-scale content migration and integration projects.
“Our partnership with Sitecore reflects how we approach innovation—thoughtfully, collaboratively, and at scale,” Tim Dickson, chief digital and information officer at Regal Rexnord, commented.
“Sitecore’s platform helps us unify dozens of brands under one digital experience—delivering consistent, personalised communication to customers everywhere we operate.”
SitecoreAI has been developed within Sitecore’s governed AI framework to ensure transparency, security, and adherence to enterprise and regulatory standards. The platform is now available globally to enable marketing and technology teams to automate processes, enhance digital experience delivery, and apply AI to improve operational performance.
