Singapore – Pax8 has introduced new developments in its collaboration with Microsoft, aimed at helping managed service providers (MSPs) strengthen their use of AI-enabled tools and broaden their engagement with the Microsoft Cloud portfolio.
The company is among the earliest to link its platform with Microsoft’s unified Marketplace, giving partners access to a wider selection of solutions that can be purchased, managed, and delivered through a single environment.
This integration allows partners to work with AI applications and agents available through Microsoft’s catalogue, combine third-party software with their own services, and rely on solutions already verified for compatibility across Microsoft platforms, reducing potential implementation issues.
“By embedding Microsoft’s Marketplace into our own, we’re giving partners a powerful new way to scale their offerings and reach new customers faster while supporting a key initiative of Microsoft,” Oguo Atuanya, corporate vice president of vendor experience at Pax8, commented.
Pax8 has also launched OneCloud Guided Growth, a structured programme designed to support MSPs as they expand their involvement with the full Microsoft Cloud suite, including productivity, business applications, infrastructure, security and AI-driven services.
The programme offers a staged framework that covers operational readiness, strategic planning, implementation and evaluation.
“Partners are looking for more than just tools—they want a roadmap to growth,” Craig Donovan, chief experience officer at Pax8, stated.
He added, “We are always looking for ways to enhance our partnership with Microsoft to benefit our collective partner ecosystem.”
OneCloud Guided Growth also includes tailored assessments and a broad collection of training resources, aligning learning materials with partner capabilities, maturity and development goals.
Through these initiatives, Pax8 aims to reinforce its work with Microsoft and offer partners clearer pathways to build, refine and scale cloud-based offerings that incorporate emerging AI capabilities.
