Singapore – OneByZero (OBZ), a Singapore-headquartered Frontier Systems Integrator, has signed a Strategic Collaboration Agreement (SCA) with Amazon Web Services (AWS), the company announced on 8 September 2026.

The agreement is aimed at accelerating the deployment of governed, production-scale artificial intelligence across the Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ) region.

According to OneByZero, the collaboration reflects a shared push to help enterprises move beyond AI experimentation and into full-scale production.

Across APJ, the company says, the primary challenge for enterprises is no longer access to AI models, but rather deploying them securely, integrating them into core operations, governing their behaviour within complex regulatory environments, and sustaining them over time.

The SCA, therefore, establishes a structured framework through which OneByZero and AWS will co-deliver against that challenge.

Under the arrangement, the two companies will expand into new markets by combining OneByZero’s in-country delivery capability with AWS’s infrastructure and go-to-market reach.

“We are at the beginning of a structural shift in how enterprise technology gets built and delivered. The enterprises winning this decade are not the ones that ran the most pilots , they are the ones that moved fastest from experimentation into production”, said Niket Vaidya, Chief Executive Officer, OneByZero.

“Neo, our platform for deploying and governing AI Coworkers, is what makes that possible inside the complex, regulated environments our clients operate in. This collaboration with AWS gives us the infrastructure and reach to deliver that at scale across APJ, and we intend to make that count”, Vaidya continued.

Kirsten Gilbertson, Partner Organization Leader at AWS ASEAN, echoed that view, framing the next wave of enterprise productivity in the region around human-AI collaboration rather than AI alone.

“The next wave of enterprise productivity in APJ won’t come from AI alone, it will come from human-AI collaboration done right: governed agents working alongside people, embedded in real workflows, with full auditability”, said Gilbertson.

“OneByZero’s Forward Deployed Engineering model, combined with Neo’s ability to run inside a customer’s AWS environment, gives enterprises a practical path to make that collaboration production-ready. We look forward to working with OneByZero to help more customers turn that into measurable business outcomes”, Gilbertson added.

Under the terms of the SCA, four initiatives have been outlined to help enterprises operationalise AI at scale.

The first is Neo, OneByZero’s enterprise AI workforce platform, which is built on Amazon Bedrock and Amazon Bedrock AgentCore.

Neo is designed to give enterprises a governed foundation for running agentic AI within their own AWS environments, and the collaboration will accelerate its development, enterprise adoption, and distribution via AWS Marketplace, making it discoverable, procurable, and deployable across APJ.

Next, the agreement will expand the use of ETL Crew, OneByZero’s agentic data modernisation capability, which is built on Amazon Bedrock and integrated with AWS Glue and AWS Lambda.

ETL Crew is intended to help enterprises accelerate data migrations, modernisation programmes, and broader cloud transformation initiatives.

Per OneByZero, in one prior engagement, ETL Crew delivered 55% faster delivery, 80% fewer resources required, and 30% cost savings when compared with incumbent solutions.

The third initiative centres on enterprise agentic transformation, through which OneByZero aims to help enterprises redesign their operating models around AI Coworkers and Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs).

This is intended to move enterprises beyond isolated AI use cases and toward AI-native workflows embedded within core business functions, with OBZ’s FDEs working inside client environments alongside AI Coworkers to accelerate deployment, embed institutional knowledge, and ensure systems run in production as designed.

The fourth initiative introduces outcome-based AI delivery models aligned to measurable business outcomes, which the company says will allow customers to focus on value creation rather than on technology implementation alone.

Over the three-year term of the collaboration, OneByZero says it will grow its local engineering teams across the Asia-Pacific region, combining human expertise with AI-powered delivery to help enterprises adopt AI agents at scale on AWS.

The company states that its AI Coworkers, described as governed AI agents with defined roles, named human managers, and measurable KPIs, are already running in production across APJ, handling more than 100,000 enterprise interactions daily.

Among the cited deployments is Krungsri, a leading financial institution in Thailand, where OBZ deployed ETL Crew on AWS to modernise legacy data pipelines and accelerate cloud migration, resulting in more than 50% faster migration across multiple business domains, according to the company.
