India – Altimetrik has achieved the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Generative AI Specialization, a new category within the AWS AI Competency programme that recognises partners with expertise in implementing generative AI technologies for customers.
The Bengaluru-based digital engineering company said the recognition reflects its technical capabilities and customer work involving foundation models and AWS AI services.
Altimetrik has worked with services including Amazon Bedrock AgentCore, Amazon Bedrock, and Amazon SageMaker to develop and deploy generative AI applications. The company said its work is focused on moving generative AI projects from experimentation into production environments.

The company’s generative AI work is structured around its ALTi AIOS framework, which covers 45 engineering disciplines spanning the design, deployment and governance of enterprise AI systems.
On AWS, Altimetrik uses Amazon Bedrock and SageMaker for applications including task automation, enterprise search, and consolidating information from fragmented data sources. The company said the framework also incorporates controls for security, compliance, and cost monitoring.

Altimetrik cited a project with a global financial intelligence and analytics provider as an example of its work. The company helped develop a generative AI-focused internal developer platform on AWS using Amazon Bedrock and Titan embeddings.
The platform provides an AI coding assistant and search capabilities across more than 70 code repositories, allowing developers to locate and reuse existing code. Altimetrik said the system was designed with compliance and cost controls.
The AWS Generative AI Specialization is intended to identify partners with validated expertise in developing and implementing enterprise AI agents. According to Altimetrik, these applications can be used for areas including enterprise knowledge management, process automation, customer operations, financial operations, and supply chain management.
