Singapore – Nucleus Software has appointed Nilanshuk Haldar as vice president and global head of partnerships and alliances, effective October 3, 2025.
In this capacity, he will oversee the company’s global partner strategy, focusing on expanding collaboration opportunities, enhancing revenue generation, and supporting international market growth.
Nilanshuk brings more than two decades of experience in financial technology, banking, and enterprise solutions. He has held senior roles in firms such as Backbase, where he led regional partnerships to strengthen revenue performance, and Amazon Web Services, where he supported the growth of cloud adoption in the financial services sector across Asia.
He was also among the founding members of fintech ventures, including Mesitis, Canopy, and Bento, contributing to scaling assets and reporting several billion dollars and introducing digital advisory services.
Nilanshuk’s perspective on partnerships goes beyond being enablers, but rather accelerators of innovation and growth in the evolving financial landscape.

Earlier in his career, Haldar worked with Deutsche Bank and JPMorgan, providing advisory support on corporate finance strategies and growth planning for clients across Asia. He has also participated as a speaker at numerous international industry events, including the Singapore Fintech Festival, Money20/20 Asia, and AWS Summits.

Based in Singapore, Nilanshuk holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, and a Bachelor of Engineering from Jadavpur University, Kolkata.
