Singapore – HubSpot, a customer relationship management platform, has recently announced that it has rolled out new AI-driven tools in a move to support the scalability of small businesses.
In this launch, the company revealed said enhancements feature upgraded AI agents, new tools to help marketers capture and convert leads more efficiently, and AI-powered platforms to improve teamwork across sales and support.
Among the 200+ new features released, some of the most significant were Breeze Agents, the Marketing Hub Enterprise, and Workspaces. HubSpot introduced four Breeze Agents designed to help every go-to-market team scale.
These agents include (1) Customer Agent, which acts as a 24/7 support extension, automatically resolving over 50% of support tickets; (2) Knowledge Base Agent, which dynamically enhances support resources based on real-time ticket insights, working alongside Customer Agent; (3) Prospecting Agent, which researches target accounts, personalises outreach, and can even engage prospects; and (4) Content Agent, which enables marketers to generate and scale content across multiple formats and channels.
Marketing teams can also benefit from Marketing Hub Enterprise’s latest features built to improve lead generation, drive conversions, and reduce operational challenges.
With its lookalike lists, marketers can now find ideal customers based on the ones they already have. Journey Automation, on the other hand, assists them in creating personalised customer experiences with an easy-to-use Journey Builder.
A multi-account management feature also helps businesses manage multiple accounts from a single HubSpot organisation to unlock faster growth through copied assets, mirrored customer data, and centralised management.
In addition, three new AI-powered workspaces have been introduced to provide teams with complete context, prioritise high-impact tasks, and take immediate action.
One Workspace is dedicated to sales, enabling reps to gather insights, prioritise leads, and take steps to build their pipeline and close deals. Another is tailored for customer success, where managers can view schedules, tasks, and client portfolios to nurture relationships and proactively identify potential issues. Lastly, the Help Desk Workspace centralises open tickets, allowing support reps to efficiently triage and resolve customer requests.
Dan Bognar, VP & MD, JAPAC at HubSpot, shared, “Persistent economic headwinds have made digital tools like AI a business necessity for SMBs, who need to maximise efficiency and growth with only limited resources. Success today is dependent on solutions that deliver immediate business value. That means solutions that are fast to implement, easy to use, and unify customer data.
He further added, “SMBs don’t need more AI hype—they need practical AI capabilities focused on addressing marketing, sales and service use cases. HubSpot’s Breeze AI Agents and Co-Pilots are embedded throughout our customer platform so that businesses of any size can realise value quickly without adding complexity.”
“The AI features we’re launching at 2025 Spotlight will help SMBs in Singapore move fast with AI to solve their go-to-market challenges and compete effectively in this challenging macroeconomic environment,” concluded Bognar.
