HubSpot launches Agent Hub and Agent Builder for AI agent management

Singapore – HubSpot has launched Agent Hub and Agent Builder, two tools designed to help go-to-market teams build, manage and monitor AI agents from a single platform.

The tools are available in public beta to HubSpot customers on Professional and Enterprise plans.

Agent Hub provides a central interface for marketing, sales and service teams to view the status and performance of AI agents operating across their business. It also allows users to identify agents that have not yet been activated and turn them on, as well as access Agent Builder and HubSpot’s Agent Marketplace.

HubSpot said Agent Hub is designed to give teams visibility into agent outcomes across goals including demand generation, deal conversion, customer service and business growth.

“The problem isn’t managing a single agent in isolation. It’s that once you have multiple agents, they become fragmented, all working from different pictures of the customer, or even worse, no picture at all,” said Duncan Lennox, Chief Product and Technology Officer at HubSpot. “Agent Hub fixes that. One place to see agent performance, all working together and using shared context. That’s what will drive outcomes for go-to-market teams.”

Agent Builder is designed for creating and improving custom AI agents and automations. The tool is integrated into HubSpot and can use information such as deal history, contact records, call transcripts and buying signals as context.

Users can build agents and automations on a single canvas, connecting workflows, custom agents and triggers. Agents can also be triggered by scheduled events, contact updates, webhooks and third-party integrations.

The platform allows users to describe tasks in natural language through HubSpot’s Breeze Assistant, with Agent Builder determining the workflows and actions required. HubSpot said custom agents can also be built on the same data foundation used by its core agents without separate setup or field mapping.

HubSpot cited Ignite Reading, a virtual literacy tutoring programme operating across more than 25 states, as an early user of Agent Builder. The organisation created a custom agent that automatically finds and parses school district academic calendars using the domain and school year information already stored in its deal records.

According to HubSpot, the process previously took 15 to 20 minutes per district but can now be completed in seconds, saving more than 350 hours annually.

The launch comes as businesses increasingly deploy multiple AI agents across functions, creating a need for greater coordination and visibility into how those agents interact and contribute to business operations.
