HGS launches new intelligent experience hub in the Philippines

Manila, Philippines – Hinduja Global Solutions (HGS), a provider of digital experience, business process management (BPM), and digital media services, has opened a new intelligent experience hub in Manila, Philippines.

The facility is intended to enhance the company’s capacity to deliver technology-driven solutions while offering a modern working environment for employees. The expansion will create more than 1,000 new positions over the next 24 months, focusing on business services and digital transformation.

Situated in Manila’s central business district, the hub brings together HGS teams from across the city into a single, purpose-built location. The facility is designed to support evolving business needs and new delivery models, featuring collaborative spaces that aim to improve team efficiency and client value.

“The Philippines has been an integral part of HGS’s growth, and this new intelligent experience hub marks another milestone in our commitment to this region,” Giridhar GV, CEO and APAC and global CHRO at HGS, commented.

“The centre embodies the fusion of human expertise with AI and empathy-driven innovation to deliver seamless, personalised solutions from one of the world’s most dynamic talent ecosystems.”

Giridhar further explained how the intelligent experience hub goes beyond being a technology investment, but rather a strategic move to deliver meaningful and intelligent experiences that resonate with clients and customers.

Earlier in 2025, HGS signed a Letter of Intent with the Philippine government to significantly expand its local operations.

The new hub has an initial capacity of 1,500 workstations, with the ability to accommodate up to 3,000 employees across two shifts, supporting high-quality service delivery for clients.

With this development, HGS now operates two centres in Manila and four across the Philippines.
