Singapore – Exabeam and DataBahn have formed a partnership to integrate the Exabeam New-Scale Security Operations Platform with DataBahn’s AI-driven data fabric.
The collaboration is designed to help organisations manage security data pipelines more effectively, reduce operational costs, and improve the speed and accuracy of threat detection.
Security teams today face increasing challenges with escalating data ingestion costs and the volume of telemetry data. Traditional approaches often force teams to store and process unnecessary information, raising costs while limiting flexibility.
“The industry has normalised waste; teams are forced to pay to store noise they’ll never use,” Steve Wilson, chief AI and product officer at Exabeam, explained.
He further added, “This integration flips that model. Databahn filters out the junk to enrich the signal, enabling security teams to get faster, clearer threat detection without bloated costs or blind spots.”
DataBahn’s technology addresses this issue by handling upstream routing, filtering, and enrichment, ensuring only the most relevant telemetry is prioritised. The Exabeam New-Scale Platform then applies behavioural analytics, AI-powered detections, and automated workflows to deliver actionable intelligence from this streamlined data set.
Unlike “store everything” strategies that increase security information and event management (SIEM) costs without enhancing detection, the joint solution provides an outcomes-focused approach.
The Exabeam Nova Advisor Agent and Outcomes Navigator guide teams in prioritising data ingestion, while DataBahn routes telemetry accordingly. Once ingested, the Exabeam Threat Centre applies risk scoring, correlated detections, and automated triage, helping analysts focus on high-impact threats and accelerate incident resolution.
“Together, we’re not just reducing costs – we’re redefining how security teams unlock context, clarity, and confidence at scale,” Aditya Sundararam, chief product officer at DataBahn, commented.
“Neutral pipelines and AI-native analytics mark the path forward, ensuring security teams can adapt, scale, and thrive in the face of ever-growing data and threats.”
The integration is designed to lower ingestion costs while maintaining investigative depth, improve detection accuracy with behavioural analytics, support compliance requirements with flexible long-term data retention, and provide structured guidance on data ingestion through Exabeam Nova, offering visibility across real-world use cases.
The combined solution offers organisations a more efficient and adaptable way to manage security operations, reducing costs while improving clarity and context in threat detection.
