United States – Argano has acquired Oktana Corporation, a Salesforce consulting and digital engineering firm, to expand its capabilities in artificial intelligence (AI), data integration and enterprise transformation.
The acquisition adds expertise in Salesforce Agentforce, Data Cloud, Snowflake and MuleSoft to Argano’s existing services, supporting organisations seeking to integrate data and AI agents into business operations.
“Bringing Oktana to Argano allows us to move faster as organisations look beyond AI experimentation toward practical applications that can reshape how they operate,” said Chip Register, Group CEO of Argano.
The acquisition is intended to strengthen Argano’s ability to support enterprise transformation projects as businesses move from AI experimentation towards practical applications. Oktana’s engineering expertise and delivery capacity will complement Argano’s existing consulting services.
“Joining Argano gives our team an opportunity to bring the expertise we’ve built over more than a decade to an even broader client base,” said Jaime Solari, Co-Founder and CEO of Oktana.
“We share a belief that the next phase of digital transformation will be defined by the ability to turn technical innovation into practical solutions for clients. Combining our engineering culture with Argano’s scale creates an exciting foundation for what comes next,” Solari continued.
The acquisition follows Argano’s broader strategy of expanding its AI and technology capabilities to help clients apply emerging technologies to business operations.
EY served as exclusive financial advisor to Argano, with Kirkland & Ellis acting as its legal advisor. Elaxtra Advisors served as exclusive financial advisor to Oktana, while Sadis & Goldberg LLP acted as its legal advisor.
