Navi Mumbai, India – Hexaware Technologies, a global provider of information technology services and solutions, recently named Raghu Mocherla as senior vice president for Digital & Software.
He will oversee the cyber-physical software and systems portfolio within the company’s Digital and Software (D&S) business, with responsibility for strategic direction, service portfolio development, commercial expansion and customer delivery.
Raghu brings more than 25 years of experience in technology services, with a strong background in product engineering, research and development, and industrial operations. He has built and expanded large-scale businesses across multiple sectors, including manufacturing and engineering-led industries.

Prior to joining Hexaware, Raghu spent over a decade at Capgemini, where he held senior leadership roles within the engineering and research and development services organisation in the Americas, managing profit and loss responsibilities and supporting industries such as automotive, aerospace, rail, industrial manufacturing, and defence.
The appointment comes as organisations are accelerating their integration of advanced software, AI, and connectivity into physical products and operational environments.
Hexaware’s Digital and Software unit is focused on supporting clients across cyber-physical platforms, intelligent systems at the network edge and AI-led systems engineering, with the aim of enabling smarter products, more efficient industrial processes and integrated digital workflows.

In his new capacity, Raghu will contribute to the expansion of Hexaware’s capabilities at the intersection of digital technologies and physical systems. He holds academic qualifications in computer science, engineering and business management.
