Singapore – Antom, part of Ant International, has introduced EPOS360, an application designed to integrate point-of-sale systems, payments, banking, lending, and business management for MSMEs. The app aims to simplify operations from setup to growth.
EPOS360 brings together multiple services into a single platform, addressing common challenges for MSMEs such as fragmented digital tools, limited market insights, and restricted access to finance. Scheduled for release on iOS and Android in early 2026, the app provides access to services from Antom, Alipay+, and ANEXT Bank within minutes.
Initially focusing on Singaporean MSMEs in retail and food and beverage, the app will expand to Malaysia through the Touch ’n Go mini app and additional markets. It supports multiple languages, including English, Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia, Thai, and Japanese.
“We aim to make advanced technologies and high-quality services accessible to businesses of all sizes,” Gary Liu, general manager of Antom, Ant International, commented.
He added, “While continuing to support cross-border merchants, we are deepening our focus on empowering local MSMEs with the same level of innovation and capability to drive sustainable growth.”
The platform features an AI assistant to help businesses manage online stores, sales, inventory, marketing, and cash flow, while also providing insights on competitors and market trends. Banking and financing are integrated through ANEXT Bank, offering business accounts without fees and loans up to S$5,000 at sign-up, with higher limits available as businesses grow.
EPOS360 also facilitates payments through Antom’s processing services and supports smart terminals for QR and card transactions. The platform currently serves over 6,000 merchants in Singapore and provides analytics and operational tools to support business management.
“To support MSMEs realise their full potential, we are packaging a wide range of merchant services into one AI-powered app that removes complexity and transforms everyday operations into new opportunities for growth,” Ian Cheong, CEO of EPOS, stated.
He added, “With EPOS360, even a neighbourhood food & beverage stall can launch an online menu, access an instant small loan, and set up a weekend promotion in minutes.”
To encourage innovation and digital adoption, Ant International and EPOS have also introduced the Emerging Champions Awards in Singapore, recognising MSMEs for achievements in digitisation, customer experience, and workplace practices.
