Singapore – Qualtrics has named Raen Lim as managing director for Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ). In her new role, Raen will oversee regional operations and drive the company’s next phase of expansion, with a focus on helping organisations enhance customer and employee experiences through the adoption of Qualtrics’ AI-powered solutions.
Bringing over 20 years of industry experience, Raen previously served as group vice president for Asia at Splunk. Her background also includes senior leadership positions at Oracle, Salesforce, and Symantec.
Raen’s appointment comes at a pivotal time for Qualtrics as demand for AI-driven experience management tools continues to rise. More than a third of Qualtrics customers have now adopted AI functionalities within the Qualtrics Experience Management Platform.
“I’m excited to help leading organisations continue to perform how they understand and engage with their customers and employees across the region,” Raen commented.
She added, “Experience is the defining factor in business success, and Qualtrics is trusted by thousands of organisations worldwide. What sets us apart is our AI capabilities, investments, and proven innovations that deliver lasting value—not just promises.”
Among Qualtrics’ largest 50 enterprise clients, 90% have implemented at least one AI-powered feature, while monthly active users of these tools have grown by 346% over the past year. This rapid uptake has also led to significant increases in the amount of experience data managed through the platform.
“Raen brings an incredible track record of leading high-performance teams, scaling businesses, and partnering with organisations across the APJ region to turn technology investments into results that matter,” Brian Stucki, COO of Qualtrics, commented.
He added, “She brings the expertise and knowledge that will drive our next chapter of growth across the region, and success for the thousands of customers we have.”
Qualtrics operates across Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Southeast Asia, Korea, India, and Greater China, supporting thousands of enterprises in the region. Its client base includes organisations such as the Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Singapore Airlines, and Intrepid Travel.
The company recently strengthened its AI and data capabilities through a US$6.75 billion acquisition of Press Ganey Forsta, aimed at accelerating innovation and expanding its reach. The acquisition is expected to enhance the value of Qualtrics’ technology by combining it with Press Ganey Forsta’s extensive benchmarking and expertise in healthcare and analytics.
