Singapore – NiCE, a global provider of AI-powered customer experience and business solutions, has announced the appointment of Jeff Comstock as president of CX product & technology, effective 1 October 2025, as part of the company’s executive leadership team.
Jeff brings over 25 years of experience in enterprise software and customer experience solutions. He previously spent over two decades at Microsoft, where he most recently served as corporate vice president, leading the CX applications business.
His responsibilities covered sales, marketing, customer service, contact centre operations, and the integration of AI-driven copilots and AI agents. Under his leadership, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Experience achieved consistent double-digit year-on-year revenue growth in its most recent reported quarter.

Following his appointment, Jeff will report directly to Scott Russell, chief executive officer of NiCE.

Throughout his career, Jeff has built and scaled enterprise service as a software (SaaS) platforms, overseeing global product, engineering, and AI teams. He has been instrumental in guiding multiple new products from concept through to widespread market adoption.
