Vietnam — Concentrix Corporation, a global provider of technology and services, has acquired SAI Digital, a digital commerce and customer experience (CX) technology company, strengthening its presence in Vietnam as a regional hub for innovation and delivery.
SAI Digital specialises in designing, building, and managing scalable e-commerce platforms. The company has partnerships with leading technology providers in digital commerce and CX and offers proprietary AI solutions to support online business growth.

With an established delivery centre in Vietnam, SAI Digital serves clients across APAC, including Japan, Korea, and Singapore. The integration of SAI Digital enhances Concentrix’s capabilities in digital commerce, AI, and customer experience solutions.
The acquisition expands Concentrix’s regional expertise in technology, marketing, and data-driven insights, supporting its clients in improving e-commerce performance and digital transformation efforts.
