Manila, Philippines – JoyRide, a homegrown ride-hailing and delivery superapp in the Philippines, has recently announced a collaboration with PLDT Enterprise.
This strategic move enables JoyRide to integrate the latter’s suite of connectivity and communication solutions. The company, in particular, is set to implement PLDT Enterprise’s fixed and wireless solutions such as Smart Messaging Suite, Smart Bro, Bizload, Smart Postpaid, SIP Trunk, and Direct Subscriber Line.

Additionally, JoyRide riders can now benefit from Smart BizLoad, offering them convenient, real-time mobile load reloading, as well as ensuring uninterrupted communication with customers.
At the same time, Smart Postpaid provides JoyRide employees with reliable connectivity and messaging plans to enhance internal communication and operational efficiency.
With SIP Trunk and Direct Subscriber Line, the company also strengthens its high-volume call operations, offering clear voice quality and the scalability to handle increased customer engagement, making it the go-to option for commuters.
