Singapore – LogicMonitor has introduced new platform packages that include Edwin AI and LogicMonitor Digital Experience across all three tiers.
The packages combine AI-driven operations with digital experience monitoring, including Synthetics and Internet Sonar. LogicMonitor said the approach is intended to help IT teams connect user experience data with underlying infrastructure signals and take governed action.
“IT teams don’t need more separate Observability tools with AI bolted on; they need a connected operating model,” said Garth Fort, Chief Product Officer at LogicMonitor.
“Every package now brings LogicMonitor Envision, Digital Experience and Edwin AI together, with included allowances that scale by tier, so teams can start with connected visibility and advance toward governed automation at their own pace, with people in control,” Fort continued.
The company’s three packages are Essentials, Advanced and Signature. Each includes an allowance of AI Credits for Edwin AI features, as well as Synthetics Points and storage that scale by tier.
Essentials includes 20 AI Credits and 100 Synthetics Points per Hybrid Unit, with 120 days of Synthetics storage. Advanced includes 75 AI Credits and 250 Synthetics Points per Hybrid Unit, with 13 months of storage. Signature includes 150 AI Credits and 500 Synthetics Points per Hybrid Unit, with three years of storage.
LogicMonitor introduced Hybrid Units and platform packages in September 2025. The company said it has sold more than 826,000 Hybrid Units, and that more than 90% of its new customers this year have selected platform pricing.
