Yeahka’s Fushi Tech introduces AI agent platform targeting Southeast Asian merchants

Singapore – Fushi Tech, a subsidiary of Yeahka, has launched Fynix AI shop, a new AI-powered platform designed to support overseas merchants through automated business operations.

The company said the platform is positioned as a “Full-stack AI Agent” product capable of handling a range of commercial activities, including customer acquisition, payments, customer engagement, and repeat purchases. Unlike traditional software tools focused on marketing or customer service, Fushi Tech described the platform as functioning more like a “digital employee” that can execute operational tasks autonomously.

The launch marks a broader strategic shift for Fushi Tech as it moves from being a software-as-a-service provider toward becoming an AI Agent platform company.

According to the company, the product was developed in response to operational challenges faced by many small and medium-sized merchants in Southeast Asia, where systems such as point-of-sale, customer relationship management, marketing, and delivery platforms often remain fragmented.

Fushi Tech said AI Agents could help merchants unify these functions by integrating payments infrastructure, CRM systems, and external services such as WhatsApp, Telegram, Google, and delivery platforms into a single operational ecosystem.

The company also cited growing investment and industry attention around AI Agents globally. It referenced data from International Data Corporation, which projects that investments in AI solutions and services could generate a cumulative global impact of US$22.3t by 2030, equivalent to around 3.7% of global GDP.

Fushi Tech also pointed to recent developments in the sector, including the launch of Agentforce by Salesforce and investor interest in startups such as Sierra AI.

The company said Fynix AI shop’s capabilities include automated content generation, AI-driven customer conversations, in-chat payment processing, customer profile management, and integrations with third-party platforms. It added that the platform can support use cases such as customer re-engagement campaigns, appointment bookings, membership management, and delivery coordination.

In one example shared by the company, the platform can analyse customer purchasing patterns and generate personalised promotional campaigns, including vouchers and targeted messaging distributed through merchant apps or messaging services.

Fushi Tech said the platform is intended to reduce the need for merchants to manually analyse data, create marketing materials, or configure CRM systems, allowing business owners to initiate workflows using natural language instructions instead.

The company said the launch also reflects the next phase of Yeahka’s international expansion strategy, which now extends beyond payments services to include integrated offerings spanning payments, data, and AI technologies.
