Singapore – ViewQwest has announced a partnership with Zero Networks to introduce automated microsegmentation solutions to enterprises across key markets in Southeast Asia.
The collaboration, revealed at GovWare 2025, aims to strengthen organisational defences against lateral cyberattacks and ransomware proliferation through simplified, automation-driven network security.
Conventional microsegmentation solutions have long been intended to prevent attackers from moving laterally within networks. However, traditional systems often depend on manual rule configuration, agents, and complex deployments that can take years to complete and risk network instability.
Vignesa Moorthy, CEO of ViewQwest, explained that enterprises across the SEA region are under constant cyber pressure and continue to struggle against the complexity and cost of traditional segmentation solutions.
“By partnering with Zero Networks, we’re making enterprise-grade, automated microsegmentation accessible–delivered simply, quickly, and efficiently,” Vignesa stated.
As cyber threats continue to evolve, such complexities leave organisations susceptible to attackers who compromise one system and move laterally to other critical assets. Research by Enterprise Management Associates (EMA) highlights that automated asset discovery, policy management, and multi-factor authentication (MFA) integration are crucial to overcoming these legacy challenges.
Under this collaboration, ViewQwest will deliver Zero Networks’ microsegmentation platform as part of its managed services portfolio, combining automation with operational expertise in network design and management.
The platform’s agentless approach leverages existing host firewalls, eliminating the need for additional software or network overlays. It can be deployed in as few as three steps and within 30 days—significantly faster than conventional methods. It also features patented MFA-at-the-port technology, which introduces just-in-time multi-factor authentication for administrative ports such as RDP, SSH, and WinRM.
The solution provides comprehensive protection across IT, operational technology (OT), Internet of Things (IoT), cloud infrastructure, and legacy systems.
Adam Hofeler, vice president of sales and GTM at Zero Networks, expressed that the company is thrilled to collaborate with ViewQuest on this initiative.
“I personally worked with their team previously and know firsthand they have a best-in-class security practice,” Adam commented.
“With our combined growth in the market, I expected our customers will benefit greatly from this joint engagement across Southeast Asia.”
By integrating Zero Networks’ capabilities with its managed service framework, ViewQwest offers enterprises a streamlined and cost-effective path toward Zero Trust resilience, minimising the operational burden and complexity typically associated with microsegmentation projects.
