Sydney, Australia – Enterprise AI and spatial computing solutions company Vection Technologies has recently signed reciprocal Master Reseller Agreements with Xerox, a global document and workflow company, giving each business the right to sell selected solutions from the other’s portfolio.
According to the companies, the two-way structure differs from a standard channel arrangement. It allows Vection to hold contractual reseller rights over Xerox’s product range, rather than simply acting as a supplier through Xerox’s sales network. In return, Xerox can offer Vection’s conversational AI, digital human, kiosk and XR/3D technology to its enterprise customers.
The non-exclusive agreements run for an initial five-year term and do not include committed volumes or minimum revenue commitments. The first commercial focus is Western Europe, with priority verticals in manufacturing and defence, healthcare and retail. Sales, presales and solution architecture teams from both companies will jointly identify opportunities, with the commercial model set deal by deal.
The combined offering pairs Xerox’s content capture, intelligent document processing and workflow tools with Vection’s Algho AI platform, AI avatars and kiosks. The aim is to help organisations turn paper and digital documents into accessible knowledge, automated workflows and AI-driven customer experiences, with governance built in. Potential use cases include customer service, knowledge management, retail execution and service operations.
“Vection’s AI and immersive engagement technologies are complementary to Xerox content capture, intelligent document processing, and workflow capabilities,” said Alexis Rufus, EMEA VP Digital Services at Xerox.
“These agreements provide our teams with a framework to explore how those capabilities could address specific client needs and support practical, governed applications of AI,” Rufus continued.
“These agreements give us a framework to explore opportunities with Xerox where our respective capabilities can complement one another. We are taking a phased approach, evaluating each engagement based on customer needs and commercial fit,” said Jacopo Merli, Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer at Vection Technologies.
“We look forward to working with Xerox through a phased, opportunity-led approach that brings together our respective technology and commercial expertise based on specific client needs,” said Gianmarco Biagi, Managing Director of Vection Technologies.
The agreements follow a period of growth for Vection. The company reported FY26 revenue of $42 million (₱1.85 billion) and adjusted EBITDA of $3.8 million (₱166.9 million), up 596%. It also recorded its first positive full-year operating cash flow, while gross margin rose from 46.8% to 65.1%.
Vection said its Algho AI platform secured about $5.5 million in contracts across new enterprise verticals during FY26. Since 30 June, the company has added a $3.2 million order from Italian IT services provider Retelit Digital Services and a $7.5 million three-year framework with Swiss smart-city company URBANnext. It entered FY27 with more than $10.6 million in new post-period contracted value.
